Jim & Judy Hopper CRS CSP
We know that we are supposed to write something here that would commend our quality of service etc. However, that is not really in our nature. Rather than having us write anything we are just including our clients comments in their own handwriting. We were also both recognized by "Seattle Magazine" in 2008 as two of the area's top agents.
What does the CRS behind our names refer to. We both hold almost all the designations available for Realtors but in truth the "designations" have now become an industry all to themselves, with new ones becomming available almost monthly. Which ones do the agent's them recognize as the top in importance? Easily CRS and CSP. The "Council of Residential Specialists" Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors and also has highest educational and experience requirements. The common profile for a CRS designee is an average of 16 years experience and 3 times the production of non-members.
The CSP (Certified new home Sales Professional) refers to courses taking specifically to understand all areas of new construction.
Other than that:
Judy was an RN for 20 years and her hobbies now include our 4 grandkids, beach time, traveling, site seeing, reading, and waiting for Jim to get back from fishing or golf (although Jim has tried to get her interested in them).
Jim has a degree in Marketing from University of Puget Sound and in addition to spending time with the grandkids, he is an avid (although challanged) golfer, devoted fly fisherman and is also a very accomplished photographer.
